During his Bachelor study Guido started writing and arranging music.
He had lessons with Jan Wessels where he discovered his interest in composing and arranged that he decided to work on Arranging while doing his master study.
He had lessons by Joan Reinders were he focuses himself on writing for ensembles ranging from horn sections till big bands and even symphonic orchestras.
Guido wrote arrangements for:

- Big Bands
- Funk / Soul bands
